The CIA-1 police arrested a man and recovered 110-kg chura post and 2-kg opium from his possession in Kurukshetra on Saturday.

The accused has been identified as Premvan (in his 50s), a resident of Pali district in Rajasthan. He is a former international volleyball player and has also worked in the Army. He is currently working as an engineer at a refinery in Panipat.
