Cabinet nod to uniform for students

DHARAMSALA: The Cabinet that met under Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur at Vidhan Sabha this evening gave its approval for procurement, supply and distribution of school uniforms to students from Class 1 to XII under the Atal School Vardi Yojna for 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 through the HP State Civil Supplies Corporation.

The Cabinet that met under Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur at Vidhan Sabha this evening gave its approval for procurement, supply and distribution of school uniforms to students from Class 1 to XII under the Atal School Vardi Yojna for 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 through the HP State Civil Supplies Corporation.

The Cabinet also gave its approval to allocate 100 MW Sorang hydro project in Kinnaur to Greenko East Coast Power Projects for the execution by allowing transfer of 100 per cent of equity shares in Himachal Sorang Power Private Limited in favour of Greenko Group Company.

In order to reach out to citizens proactively and facilitate them by providing helpline facility through citizen call centre, the Cabinet gave its approval for setting up of the CM Helpline in the state. This would ensure a transparent and accountable system where roles and responsibilities would be defined for each stakeholder.
