Kaul Singh, Jai Ram enter fray in style

Fourteen candidates filed their nominations today in Mandi district. Health Minister Kaul Singh Thakur filed nomination from Darang, while BJP leader Jai Ram Thakur from Seraj and senior BJP leader Gulab Singh Thakur from Jogindernagar.

Apart from this, Jagdish Verma, Hem Raj Jogi and Moti Ram also filed nominations from Sarkaghat as independents, Mehar Singh Khukhliya of the Rashtriya Azad Manch, Bhagat Ram, Mast Ram and Nirmala Chauhan as independent in Karsog, Sohan Lal of the Congress and Rakesh Kumar of the BJP in Sundernagar, BJP candidate Vinod Kumar in Nachan and BJP candidate Inder Singh Gandhi filed the nomination in Balh.

BJP candidate Maheshwar Singh from Kullu and Kishori Lal of the BJP from Anni filed the nominations.

Union Health Minister JP Nadda addressed a massive rally in Seraj to favour BJP candidate Jai Ram Thakur, while BJP MP Anurag Thakur addressed a public rally at Jogindernagar to seek votes for BJP candidate Gulab Singh Thakur.

Health Minister Kaul Singh Thakur also addressed a public meeting in his constituency and seeks their support on development agenda.

In tribal district, Lahaul Spiti Congress candidate Ravi Thakur filed his nomination, while Sudershan Jaspa filed papers as an independent from the district.
