Shimla, October 15
The VHP and Bajrang Dal today lodged statewide protests against the brutal killing of an RSS worker, his pregnant wife and eight-year-old son at Murshidabad in West Bengal.
Their members submitted memoranda to the Governor, through the DCs, holding the state government responsible for the murder of Bandhu Prakash, his wife and son and demanded the dismissal of the government led by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and imposition of President’s rule.
The protesters also demanded a CBI inquiry into the murders.— TNS
