Police chiefs of five dists shifted

SHIMLA: Close on the heels of transfer of IAS and HPAS officers, the government today shifted a dozen senior IPS officers, including chiefs of five districts of Bilaspur, Chamba, Mandi, Kinnaur and Lahaul and Spiti.

Close on the heels of transfer of IAS and HPAS officers, the government today shifted a dozen senior IPS officers, including chiefs of five districts of Bilaspur, Chamba, Mandi, Kinnaur and Lahaul and Spiti.

Additional DGP of the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau SB Negi has been posted as ADGP Home Guard while the ADGP (Law and Order) Atul Verma would replace Negi. On repatrition from the Central deputation Anurag Garg has been posted as IGP (Law and Order) while IGP Ashok Tiwari has been shifted to the CID.

SP Mandi Ashok Kumar has been shifted as SP Bilaspur while SP, Kinnaur, Gurdev Chand will be new SP of Mandi. Rani Bindu, commandant the 5th IRB Women, has been posted as SP Chamba while former Shimla SP Soumya will be principal, Police Training College, Droh (Kangra).

SP, Baddi, Rahul Nath will replace Rani Bindu as Commandant, 5th IRB Women, Subhra Tewari, AIG, Headquarters, has been posted as SP NCB at Shimla while Bilaspur SP Anjum Ara has been sent as Commandant, 3rd IRB Battalion, Pandoh.

SP, Lahaul and Spiti, Gaurav Singh has been shifted to Baddi in the same capacity while ASP Shimla Sakshi Verma would be new Kinnaur SP. Further, Rajesh Dharmani presently posted as SP NCB Shimla will take over as SP, Lahaul and Spiti.


11 IAS, 91 HAS officers shuffled

Shimla: In another major administrative reshuffle late last night, the Himachal Government transferred 102 officers — 11 IAS officers and 91 officers of Himachal Administrative Service (HPAS).

Kadam Sandeep Vasant, recently posted as Director, Women and Child Development, has been shifted as Commissioner, Dharamsala Municipal Corporation. He would also function as Managing Director -cum-Chief Executive officer of Dharamsala Smart City Project.

Hans Raj Chauhan, Director, Public Finance and Public Enterprise-cum-Special Secretary (Finance), would also hold the charge of Director, Women and child development while Debasweta Banik, Sub Divisional Officer, SDO (Civil) Sundernagar (Mandi) has been promoted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, ADC (Development) –cum- Project Director (DRDA) at Shimla.

Raghav Sharma, SDO (Civil), Chachiot has been elevated as ADC –cum-Project Director DRDA, Mandi while Kritika Kumari SDO (Civil), Nahan goes as ADC-cum-Project Director DRDA, Chamba. Hemraj Balwara SDO (Civil), Manali has been promoted as ADC-com-Project officer DRDA, Una.

Aditya Nagi, Additional Controller of Stores, Industries Department, goes as ADC-cum-Project Officer DRDA at Nahan while Ashutosh Garg ,SDO(Civil) Nalagarh has been shifted to Solan in same capacity.

Apoorv Devgan, SDO(Civil), Banjar (Kullu) has been shifted to Amb in Una district while Mukesh Repaswai, SDO (Civil) Dharampur (Mandi) would be SDO(Civil) Theog in Shimla district and Priyanka Verma, SDO(Civil), Kandaghat would move to Bilaspur in the same capacity. Besides, the state government also shifted 91 officers of state administrative services.
