Resolution to expel Cong’s Rangila Ram from party

MANDI: Block Congress Committee, Sarkaghat, passed a resolution against Congress senior leader and former minister Rangila Ram Rao to expel him from the party for anti-party activities during Assembly election against party candidate Pawan Thakur from Sarkaghat constituency.

Block Congress Committee, Sarkaghat, passed a resolution against Congress senior leader and former minister Rangila Ram Rao to expel him from the party for anti-party activities during Assembly election against party candidate Pawan Thakur from Sarkaghat constituency. Rangila Ram Rao is Political Advisor to Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

A meeting was held by Block Congress Committee under the chairmanship of Lashkari Ram, president of Block Congress Committee. During the meeting it was decided to pass a resolution against those who were involved in anti-party activities during Assembly election to defeat the party candidate.

According to Block Congress Committee, former Minister Rangila Ram Rao, Women Block Congress President Usha Sharma, local leaders Akhil Gupta, Sachin Verma and Vijai Pal were found indulging in anti-party activities.

A resolution was passed unanimously and sent to the party high command demanding strict action against these party leaders.
