Electricity supply to Patnitop restored

Udhampur: Power supply was restored at the Patnitop tourist resort on Tuesday after it was snapped due to heavy snowfall earlier this week. Officials said tourists were badly affected due to unavailability of electricity in the area while many of them cancelled their bookings. The entire circular stretch, including the Sanasar-Nathatop road and Patnitop-Kud road, was covered with snow and hundreds of vehicles remained stuck in the area due to blockade of roads. oc
