Jammu, August 20

The Pradesh Youth Congress today paid tributes to former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his birth anniversary. A function was held at Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, wherein a blood donation camp was organised.

While paying tributes, national secretary, Shispal keharwala said Rajiv Gandhi was instrumental in bringing the digital revolution and making India modern.

Pradesh Youth Congress president Pranav Shagotra remembered Rajiv Gandhi as a great visionary leader who led the nation to become one of the most modern nations of the world. Shagotra also remembered former Prime Minister for his role in strengthening the Panchayati Raj institutions and granting voting rights to the youth to strengthen the democratic institutions in the country.
