Chinese ambassador visits LPU

His Excellency (HE) Ambassador of China LuoZhaohui visited Lovely Professional University (LPU). He was welcomed by LPU Chancellor Mr Ashok Mittal and HoD International Affairs Mr Aman Mittal. Discussions to promote Indo-China education collaborations were held on the occasion. LPU already has tie-ups with many Chinese universities and are working collaboratively in the field of research and student exchange.

Around sixty Chinese students from various institutions and universities including Hubei Normal University, Beijing Union University, Jiangxi University, Kunming University and Yichun University have studied at the LPU.

LPU Chancellor Ashok Mittal said, “The LPU has already started its first batch of Chinese language with the help of a voluntary Chinese teacher, Mr Yang Zhao, who is also pursuing a PhD in English at LPU.” OC
