City residents can apply for regularisation every Wednesday

JALANDHAR: With the Housing and Urban Development Department extending the last date to apply for regularisation of unauthorised colonies, plots and buildings till October 31 from June 30, residents of such colonies/plots/buildings can submit their applications on Wednesdays at PUDA offices.

With the Housing and Urban Development Department extending the last date to apply for regularisation of unauthorised colonies, plots and buildings till October 31 from June 30, residents of such colonies/plots/buildings can submit their applications on Wednesdays at PUDA offices.

Chief Administrator of the Jalandhar Development Authority Jitendra Jorwal said on every Wednesday, special camps would be organised exclusively for receiving the applications for regularisation of illegal structures at the PUDA offices.

He said in Jalandhar, the residents could apply for the same at PUDA Office, Opposite DC Complex, in Hoshiarpur, Mini Secretariat, room no. 301, in Kapurthala, District Town Planner, 13-A, Adarsh Colony, Seenpura Chowk, and Community Centre, Phagwara.

Jorwal exhorted the residents of such colonies/plots/buildings to take benefit of the special offer made by the state government for them.
