A tribute to Sridevi

Sridevi once ruled Bollywood and still has a huge fan falling. The latest we hear is that a fan club of Sridevi, which is based in Bangalore, will be assembling a five part documentary-drama series on the life of Indian cinema’s most celebrated heroine as she reaches the fiftieth year of her career in films. 

The actress, who began as a child artiste, has quite an impressive filmography.  As a tribute to her work, the fan club has arranged for the untitled project, which kick-started after its four co-founders had several meetings with Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor. The club informed that the documentaries will be an amalgamation of archival footage, extensive interviews with her co-stars as well as her family.
