Ludhiana, October 18
The State Bank of India (SBI) today under the leadership of DGM Pranay Ranjan Dwivedi organised a ‘loan mela’ which was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Agrawal.
Deputy Commissioner said, “This loan mela is unique in its own way where all bank-related needs of customers are being catered to, under one roof. Only the State Bank of India is capable of organising an event of such magnitude.”
In this mela, specific stalls for several government schemes such as MUDRA loan, Start-Up India, Prime Minister Awas Yojana etc. have been installed. The State Bank of India has also arranged a health check-up camp for elderly. Around 50 sanction letters for pre-approved loans were distributed. — TNS
