Shiv Sena leaders sit on hunger strike

Ludhiana, June 24

The Shiv Sena Samajwadi leaders sat on hunger strike on the Jagraon bridge on Sunday against the support of AAP leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira for ‘Referendum 2020’. They demanded action against Khaira for giving a foolish statement.

Honey Bhardwaj, national chairman of the party, along with other leaders sat on fast. They raised anti-Khaira slogans for extending support to hardliners, who are demanding referendum 2020.

Honey said by extending a support, Khaira cleared that the demand of Sikh hardliners was genuine and the government should pay heed to their demands. — TNS
