Ludhiana, June 8

A meeting of Ludhiana Steel Traders’ Association was held at Gill Road, in which Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) secretary and in-charge of Atam Nagar constituency Kulwant Singh Sidhu was a special guest.

They told Sidhu their problems, who assured them that the grievances of industrialists and traders would be discussed with the CM and Industries Minister Shyam Sunder Arora.

Sidhu said the government was committed to fulfilling all promises made during the elections. He said the government had started giving power at Rs5 per unit to industries and other steps were also taken for people’s welfare.

Sidhu said the people of Punjab have again reposed faith in the Congress government in the Lok Sabha elections. Association president Ravinderpal Singh Minka said traders discussed their problems with Sidhu. — TNS
