Ludhiana, February 15
A condolence meeting was held at Malwa Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Model Gram, Ludhiana, by NCC and NSS cadets over the attack on the CRPF convoy at Pulwama.
A two-minute silence was observed by students and staff. The students sang patriotic songs and paid tributes to the martyrs.
Guru Gobind Singh School pays tributes
Principal, staff and students of Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Pakhowal Road, DAAD, Ludhiana, paid tributes to the victims of the Pulwama attack on the school premises. Students and staff lit up candles for the departed souls.
BVM remembers heroes
BVM School, Kitchlu Nagar, paid tributes to the “epitome of courage and unflinching devotion, the brave CRPF heroes”. A two-minute silence was observed in the morning assembly, saluting the selfless sacrifices of soldiers.
Prayer meet at BCM Arya
A special prayer meeting was held at BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana, to pay homage to the brave CRPF jawans.
DAV School condemns attack
The staff and students of DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, condemned the Pulwama attack. They performed a ‘havan’ for peace of the departed souls. The staff and students also observed a two- minute silence to express their grief.
