New Delhi: The entrance examination for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) will go completely online from 2018.

New Delhi: The entrance examination for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) will go completely online from 2018. A decision to this effect was taken by the policy-making body, Joint Admission Board, at a meeting held at IIT, Madras, on Sunday. 

The development was confirmed by a member of the Joint Admission Board. Around 2.2 lakh students were eligible to take the JEE (Advanced) this year. — Agencies
