Nagar kirtan: SAD (D) to invite Pak PM

AMRITSAR: Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan finds top priority on the invitees’ list of the SAD (Delhi) for the nagar kirtan planned from Gurdwara Nanak Piao, north Delhi, to Gurdwara Nankana Sahib, Pakistan.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan finds top priority on the invitees’ list of the SAD (Delhi) for the nagar kirtan planned from Gurdwara Nanak Piao, north Delhi, to Gurdwara Nankana Sahib, Pakistan.

The nagar kirtan, dedicated to the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak, has been rescheduled to start on October 28.

Returning from Pakistan today after visiting Noor-ul-Haq Qadri, the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony in Pakistan, SAD (D) chief Paramjit Singh Sarna and his brother Harvinder Sarna, claimed that mandatory permission from the Pakistan government for carrying out the nagar kirtan had been procured. — TNS
