Raninder’s I-T case adjourned till Oct 4

LUDHIANA: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaapinder Singh today adjourned the hearing in the Income Tax case of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh’s son Raninder Singh till October 4.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaapinder Singh today adjourned the hearing in the Income Tax case of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh’s son Raninder Singh till October 4.

The CJM adjourned the case following a stay granted by the court of Additional Sessions Judge Rajiv K Berry against its summoning order till September 7.

Raninder was summoned on the accusations of willfully evading taxes and penalties imposable under Section 276-C of the Income Tax Act.
