Dasehra celebrated with gaiety in Panchkula



Panchkula, October 15

Dasehra was celebrated with gaiety in various parts of the city today. A grand procession was taken out by Shri Adarsh Ramlila Dramatic Club in the afternoon. Panchkula Mayor Kulbhushan Goyal was the chief guest at the Dasehra celebrations held in Sector 5. Shri Adarsh Ramlila Dramatic Club chairman Munshi Ram Arora and other office-bearers of the club welcomed the Mayor.

While the Dasehra celebrations were on in full swing across the city, the police had a tough time in managing the traffic as traffic snarls were a common sight in several areas in the city. Long queues of vehicles were seen on the road separating Sector 8 and 5. — TNS
