The Haryana Government has relieved Nitin Kumar Yadav, a 2000-batch IAS officer, from the post of Director General, Supplies and Disposals, and placed his services at the disposal of the Chandigarh Administration. Yadav is likely to join the UT Administration as the Home Secretary next week.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has recently approved the inter-cadre deputation of Nitin Kumar Yadav from the Haryana cadre to the AGMUT cadre (Chandigarh segment) for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The post is reserved for a Haryana cadre IAS officer.
