Youth found dead in park

Mohali, September 18

A 26-year-old youth was found dead at Bougainvillaea Park in Phase IV here today. 

The SHO of the Phase I police station, Inspector Navin Pal Singh Lehal, ruled out foul play and said the deceased had been identified as Umesh Kumar, a resident of Balongi village. 

“Umesh was under treatment for a stomach ailment. He went to the park for exercise last evening. Today, his body was spotted by a visitor,” said Lehal. — TNS
