The manifesto carries an 18-point development agenda, ranging from basic infrastructure policies, health services, women safety to special focus on villages.

We will also amend the HSVP manuals,” he said.
He said potable water in parks, door-to-door garbage collection and a new solid waste management plant would also be ensured.
“Panchkula will become slum-free as we will ensure construction of 7,500 flats at the cost of 650 in a time-bound manner,” he said. Options to expand the city towards Barwala will be explored. The issue of waterlogging in residential sectors such as 16 and 10 will be addressed and law and order will also be strengthened,” he said.
