PATIALA:Play ‘Bhath Kheran Da Rehan’, written by Ajmair Aulakh and directed by Kewal Dhaliwal, was staged on the third day of fifth Naurah Richards National Theatre Festival at Kalidasa Auditorium in Patiala on Wednesday.

Patiala, December 6

Play ‘Bhath Kheran Da Rehan’, written by Ajmair Aulakh and directed by Kewal Dhaliwal, was staged on the third day of fifth Naurah Richards National Theatre Festival at Kalidasa Auditorium in Patiala on Wednesday. 

The festival has been organised by the North Zone Cultural Centre and the Punjab Sangeet Natak Akademi from December 3 to 9. This play focused on college organisations and university organisations raising their voice during tumultuous time in Punjab. The play focused on killing of people on communal lines while levying allegations of misuse of power on the police and conflict among young people in villages. — TNS
