Traffic woes irk commuters in Jind

Routine traffic jams around the Rani Talab area have become a cause of nuisance for commuters. Work on the refurbishing of city roads has disconnected the Gohana road localities from the rest of city. Three months have passed since the work began but it has not been completed. The authorities concerned should deploy traffic police in the area and arrange an alternative service road to rescue commuters and residents from the daily hardship they are presently facing.

Deepak Kumar Singla, Jind

Unscheduled power cuts a menace

Unscheduled power cuts in urban and rural areas of Yamunanagar have become a nuisance for residents. These are adversely affecting the routine of students at a time when their final examinations are approaching. The authorities concerned should address the issue on priority. Naveen, Yamunanagar

Suspension of Internet leads to inconvenience

The suspension of Internet has become a cause of inconvenience for residents in Kurukshetra. Online transactions are not taking place and even OTPs are not getting generated. This is badly affecting trade in the area. The Internet suspension has been done at a time when the exams of school-going students are fast approaching. The government should avoid suspending Internet in future to avoid trouble to students and residents. Sunil, Kurukshetra
