Congress leaders distribute fruit to patients to mark Virbhadra Singh's birth anniversary in Hamirpur

Hamirpur, June 23

Leaders of the District Congress organised various activites to mark the 89th birth anniversary of late Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today. The District Congress Committee distributed fruit and meals to patients and their attendants at Dr Radhakrishanan Government Medical College and Hospital.

Anita Verma, former president of the AICC women cell, Rajinder Zar, DCC president, and other members of the DCC participated in the activity. The Youth Congress organised a chabeel at the Gandhi Chowk here. Anita said that Virbhadra Singh dedicated his life to the welfare of people of the state.

Rajinder Rana, a working president of the HPCC, distributed fruits at the Civil Hospital at Sujanpur. He said the credit for development in Sujanpur goes to Virbhadra Singh. Barsar MLA Inder Dutt Lakhanpal said that Virbhadra Singh believed in uniform development of the state.
