Martyrs’ kin to get free cement bags

Shree Cement Company will provide cement bags free of cost to the families of soldiers, who were martyred between January 1, 1999, and January 1, 2020, to construct their houses up to the maximum covered area of 4,000 sq ft.

Major Raghbir Chand, Deputy Director of the Una Sainik Welfare Office, said the dependents would have to produce documents such as the War Casualty Certificate, discharge book, pension book, proof of residence from a competent authority, revenue record of the plot, etc., to get the benefit. — OC
