Jammu, January 18

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will probe the case pertaining to the arrest of J-K DSP Devinder Singh and three militants.

The NIA on Saturday re-registered the case on the orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Three Hizbul Mujahideen militants and DSP Davinder Singh were arrested and arms and ammunition seized from them while they were travelling in a car near Qazigund on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway. A case was registered at the Qazigund police station under various acts.
