‘Policy to benefit 10,000 traders’

Jalandhar: Punjab Industry and Commerce Minister Sunder Sham Arora on Tuesday said the one-time settlement scheme would benefit almost 10,000 small and medium scale businessmen of the region. Participating in a virtual launch of the scheme, he said, around 10,000 traders of Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur, and the SBS Nagar would be covered under this scheme. He said this scheme would resolve the long-pending issue of unavailability of C-forms and others raised by the industrialists. He said the OTS scheme would facilitate the business community which was already facing problems due to the C-forms. TNS
