UBS, PU student gets package of Rs. 18.8 LPA

Chandigarh, July 25

 The University Business School, Panjab University, completed its final placement process for the Batch 2019-2021 with the highest package of Rs 18.8 lakh bagged by Puneet, informed Prof VR Sinha, Dean of University Instructions and officiating Chairman, UBS.

 As many as 122 students opted for placement, out of which, 110 have been successfully placed.

Many companies are still approaching for the placements.

The prominent recruiters included American Express, MG Motors, Dabur, Phone pe, Infosys, ICICI bank, KPMG, IDFC First Bank, Tech Mahindra which offered various domains like Finance, Sales and Marketing, Consulting & Analytics, Human Resource, Operations.

“This year the institute witnessed participation from 27 companies from different sectors of the industry for the final placements of 2019-21. Our Students secured pre placement offers from several prominent organisations testament to the vibrant & thriving legacy of our prestigious Institution,” said Prof AK Vashisht.

Prof Tejinder Pal, who worked for the placement process, said that all the placement related activities are administered by students of University Business School under the ambit of Corporate relations & Placement Cell of University Business School.
