Kamal Haasan on Instagram now

More and more celebs are joining photo-sharing app, Instagram, to keep their fans updated. Recently Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aamir Khan had made their debut on Instagram and Saif Ali Khan too dropped hints of joining the app. Well, now we have South Indian superstar Kamal Haasan joining Instagram.

Kamal joined Instagram on Monday and has already posted his first picture. Strategically, the actor made sure that the date of his Insta debut coincided with the trailer launch of his next film Vishwaroopam 2. 

The first trailer of the action thriller was unveiled in multiple languages on Monday. The Hindi trailer was launched by none other than Aamir Khan on his social media. Vishwaroopam 2 is the sequel to the 2012 film Vishwaroopam. Although this sequel was initially going to release in 2013 but due to financial hurdles, the movie’s shoot and production work came to a standstill until last year when Kamal Haasan took the matter into his hands and decided to finance the movie himself. And now five years later, the film is all set to release.
