Around 150 proposals will be tabled before the Finance and Contract Committee tomorrow. The meeting was earlier held last week when an agenda comprising 300 proposals was presented before the committee. Owing to a shortage of time, only 156 proposals were discussed then. The remaining proposals will be discussed tomorrow.
It was learnt that the committee might conduct discussions on the plan to develop a biodiversity park in the city. A proposal to form a biological diversity committee under the Biological Diversity Act 2002 will be tabled before the panel, according to information.
A proposal for the construction of rain-harvesting system at nine parks in Zone D will also be discussed during the meeting. Besides, a proposal related to auction of parking lots of Feroze Gandhi Market and Sarabha Nagar I Block market will also be discussed during the meeting.
