SAD supporters join Congress in Fatehgarh Sahib district

Fatehgarh Sahib, January 13

The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD-B) today suffered a setback when a large number of supporter families at Bagrian and Mullanpur Khurd villages joined the Congress. Mandeep Kaur Nagra, wife of MLA Kuljit Singh Nagra, at a function in Bagrian village inducted the Akali families in the Congress by presenting siropas.

Nirmal Singh Saini, Ram Singh Saini, Satnam Singh Saini, Jaspreet Singh Saini, Jagdeep Singh Saini, Gurcharan Singh Saini, Gurpreet Singh Saini, Jagjit Singh Saini, Rajinder Singh, Dharmapal Singh, Magar Singh, Jagsir Singh Kulwinder Singh Sarao, Surjit Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Rajinder Singh, Jeet Singh, Karnail Singh, Kulwinder Kaur, Lakhvir Singh, Kamaljot Singh, Labh Singh Parjapat, Harjit Singh and Davinder Singh, all residents of Bagrian village, joined the Congress. She said that all those who joined today would be accorded full respect in the party and their presence would further strengthen the party and make the Nagra team at Fatehgarh Sahib stronger.

Similarly, during a function at Mullanpur Khurd village, Kuljit Singh Nagra, MLA, inducted Akali-supported families in the Congress by presenting siropas. Those who joined Congress, include Baljit Singh, Bakhshish Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Ranjit Singh, America Singh, Sukhchain Singh Randhir Singh, Harpreet Singh, Pritam Singh, Harinder Singh, Maninder Singh, Kuldeep Singh Ladi, Hakim Singh, Harnek Singh, Amritpal Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Jarnail Singh and Sukhwinder Singh.

Those who joined the Congress said they were impressed with the development works initiated by Kuljit Singh Nagra during his tenure.
