The SP said the accused hacked a VMS (variable message signboard) of public convenient LED installed on the national highway, in front of Libra village, on the intervening of July 30-31 and flashed some derogatory message against the Chief Minister.

A complaint was received from Dharminder Sharma, in-charge of control room, NHAI Ambala, and a case under Section 67 of the IT Act-2000 and Section 500 of the IPC was registered.
