New phases launched at Joyville, Gurugram

The Shapoorji Pallonji Group, announced the launch of new phases of its Joyville Gurugram (Sector 102) project earlier this week. Under the new phases the company has launched around 516 apartments of different unit configurations of 2 BHK and 3 BHK. 

Shapoorji Pallonji had entered the NCR with the launch of its first residential project under the housing brand ‘Joyville’ in Gurugram in January 2019 and claims to have sold more than 400 flats after the launch.   

The project is spread over 18 acres and will be the first residential project in India to offer high-tech Future Ready Smart Home solutions powered by high-tech JioGigaFiber network. A smart device will be installed in each home of the project to deliver a seamless, smart and secure living experience for the residents. Every apartment will be equipped with IP Series Video Door Phone, Panic Alarm Buttons and Gas Leak Detector in the kitchen. 

Possessions at Beetle Lap

NCR-based realtor group Home and Soul is handing over possessions of the first phase of its group housing project ‘Beetle Lap’ located just off the Yamuna Expressway. This is the first group housing project on the 165-km Yamuna Expressway to receive completion certificate from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. The project being developed by Royal Hometown Planners Private Limited under its umbrella, Home and Soul, has 460 units, including four penthouses and 456 apartments. The price of flats is between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 73 lakh. The penthouses are priced Rs 2 crore onwards. 

MRG World to invest Rs 200 crore

gURGAON-based, MRG World has forayed into affordable housing sector with an investment of Rs 200 crore by launching its project — The Balcony — in Sector-93, Gurugram recently. Located across 75-meter road from NH8, the project enjoys easy connectivity to Dwarka Expressway, IGI Airport and National Highway. The project will be developed in 5 acres  and will have 2BHK apartments with a variety of unit plans with areas ranging from 677 sq ft to 770 sq ft. The total built-up area of the project would be approx. 5 lakh sq. ft. which will house 8 towers with a total of 731 units.  — TNS
