The police claimed to have busted a sex racket operating from a spa on the Ambala-Chandigarh highway here on Friday.

The police arrested the kingpin, Anil Kumar, a resident of Zirakpur, for his alleged role in running the racket. They also nabbed four boys and five girls from the spa, police sources said.

Acting on a tip-off about the flesh trade being run under the garb of the spa, a police team conducted a raid and arrested the kingpin, who belongs from Amritsar and had been staying here for the past few years. A case has been registered.
