Amritsar: Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd in collaboration with the district administration will organise a two-day free medical camp for people with disabilities from October 15 to 16.



Amritsar: Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd in collaboration with the district administration will organise a two-day free medical camp for people with disabilities from October 15 to 16. The camp will be a part of the CSR activity of the company and it will provide free artificial aesthetics, including artificial limbs, wheelchairs, walking sticks, tricycles and hearing aids, to the needy. The medical camp will be held under the coordination of Dharminder Sing Gill, district coordinator, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan. “The persons with disabilities will have to carry their Aadhar cards, voter cards and certificate of disability, along with two photographs, to avail the benefits at the camp. Registration at the camp will begin from 10 am to 3 pm, while refreshments will be provided to them by Rotary Club, Amritsar,” he added.
