FARIDKOT: Jagdeep Singh, a former international kabaddi player, electrocuted at his native Dheemawali village in Faridkot on Saturday.



FARIDKOT: Jagdeep Singh, a former international kabaddi player, electrocuted at his native Dheemawali village in Faridkot on Saturday.

Jagdeep died on the spot after suffering an electric shock when he was trying to repair a snag in a motor in his field on Saturday morning. Deceased’s brother Jaswinder Singh said his brother had a part of the state’s kabaddi team and played many international tournaments. — TNS
