Bathinda, February 24
The Bathinda police have arrested Sanjay Kumar, a resident of Rama Mandi, for possessing 20 bottles of illicit liquor.
The accused was arrested fromRama Mandi by the Bathinda police.
Police officials said Sanjay Kumar was caught with countrymade liquor by them.
A case under Sections 61, 1 and 14 of the Excise Act was registered against the accused in this regard.
The police have launched an investigation into the case.
