New Delhi:IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd on Friday said non-executive director Vibhav Kapoor on its board has resigned.

GST dual rule opens door for traders’ harassment: CAIT  

New Delhi: Traders’ body CAIT on Friday warned that allowing Central as well as state tax administrations to initiate action against any taxpayer irrespective of jurisdiction would lead to harassment of traders. Seeking the Centre’s intervention, the CAIT said the GST Council’ move allowing jurisdiction to Central ane state tax administrations over assesses “not only allows overlapping of jurisdiction and harassment of traders but will also complicate the system”. pti
