Around 500 students and teachers from across Punjab participated in three-day 26th Children’s Science Congress, which concluded at the Indo-Swiss Training Centre here on Thursday.
As many as 131 projects on ‘Science Technology and Innovation for a Clean Green and Healthy Nation’ were presented by students (10-17 years of age). Out of these, 16 projects were selected to represent the state at the national-level science congress to be held at Bhubaneshwar from December 27-31.
The first three winners in the junior group were Bhawan SL Public School, Amritsar, GSSS, Gurdaspur, and Army Public School, Pathankot.
