Mohali, July 14
The CIA wing of the Mohali police arrested three persons, including two brothers, with illegal firearms from Kharar.
The police claimed that the accused, identified as Gurpreet Singh and Mahavir Singh, both brothers from Ferozepore, and Ashraf from Bhuj, Gujarat, were aides of gangster Gagandeep Singh, alias Judge.
The police claimed to have recovered two .32-bore pistols, along with 10 live cartridges, a white car bearing registration HR10-AB-2930 from the accused.
The accused were nabbed at a naka laid at Sunny Enclave, here. A case has been registered against the accused. — TNS
