Chandigarh: A 15-day performing arts and sports camp was organised at AKSIPS-41 Smart School. It was an opportunity for the children to explore their potential and express their creativity in the field of music and dance. Children were given a certificate of appreciation.

Gurukul Global School

Mani Majra: In a project of the ISA, students of Classes VI to X focused on solid waste management in India and Nepal. They carried out an exhaustive research on solid waste generated in the country and did a survey in their respective countries at three places (schools, malls and hospitals) to collect the data on the quantum of waste. The collected data was graphically represented through pie charts. The complete information was shared with the partner school via e-mails and on the blog. Students conducted an audit for the waste generated in their respective school and disposal methods adopted for their disposal. Based on the audit report, students embarked upon a ‘waste minimisation plan’.
