The Municipal Corporation will start the sale of prepaid coupons for setting up temporary stalls on Diwali from October 6. The coupons will be issued at the MC office and the sub-office in Mani Majra from October 6 to October 16 from 10 am to 4 pm. For Mani Majra and Mauli Jagran, the coupons will be issued at the sub-office in Mani Majra. Anyone found to have set up a stall without a coupon will be charged double the rate.
