KHARAR: Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, accompanied by Jagvinder Singh Virk, an Australian Industrialist met Tony Abbott, former Prime Minister of Australia to delegate study opportunities abroad.

Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, accompanied by Jagvinder Singh Virk, an Australian Industrialist met Tony Abbott, former Prime Minister of Australia to delegate study opportunities abroad.
