24-year-old woman raped, thrown out of car

NEW DELHI:In north Delhi near Cross River Mall, a 24-year-old woman has alleged that she was raped by three men inside a car.

In north Delhi near Cross River Mall, a 24-year-old woman has alleged that she was raped by three men inside a car.

As per police, the incident happened on the night of January 14 and the FIR was registered on January 15. Police have arrested Amit, a resident of Bagpat. The victim has alleged that his two friends accompanying him also raped her. Police is investigating the matter.

The woman, as per police, is resident of Faridabad, married and has a son. She has lodged the complaint against the three men in Anand Vihar Police Station. She has stated that as she has sore relationship with her husband, she lives separately. Few days ago, she got to know Amit, who had promised her to help getting home loan on low interest rate. In regard, Amit had called her in front of the mall on January 14 evening and gave her a juice mixed with sedative after which she got unconscious.

Thereafter, the woman has alleged in her complaint that Amit and his two friends parked the car at the road side, raped her and threw her out of the car after raping her.

A person saw her lying on the roadside and called the police. 

After which, police took the woman to the police station and recorded her statement and arrested accused Amit and is questioning the two other friends alleged for raping the woman.
