DCW seeks details of email, IP address

NEW DELHI:The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has expressed concern over the kidnapping threat to CM Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter saying that mere posting of a personal security officer is “not enough” and immediate steps must be taken to nab the culprits.

The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has expressed concern over the kidnapping threat to CM Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter saying that mere posting of a personal security officer is “not enough” and immediate steps must be taken to nab the culprits.

DCW chief Swati Maliwal sought to know from the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Cyber Cell), Crime Branch, the status of the investigation and reasons for “no arrests yet”.

DCW has also sought FIR’s copy, the email’s details and the IP address from which the emails were sent. — TNS
