Ban on construction near Air Force station

CHANDIGARH: The Gurugram Deputy Commissioner has directed the District Town Planner (Enforcement), Chief Town Planner of the Municipal Corporation and the Tehsildar to ensure that no building or structure is constructed in Dundahera village falling within 100 metres of the outer radius of the Rajokri Air Force Station.

The Gurugram Deputy Commissioner has directed the District Town Planner (Enforcement), Chief Town Planner of the Municipal Corporation and the Tehsildar to ensure that no building or structure is constructed in Dundahera village falling within 100 metres of the outer radius of the Rajokri Air Force Station. They have also been directed to get 'munadi' done in this regard in the village and get its report registered in daily diary.

A spokesman for the district administration today said that the Central government had issued a notification to ban all constructions and planting of saplings on that land.
