Expedite probe into Nabahi Temple ‘scam’: Samiti

SUNDERNAGAR: A delegation of the Nabahi Mandir Sangharsh Samiti, Sarkaghat, on Sunday submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh through the DC, Mandi, demanding a speedy inquiry into a “scam worth crores” at the Nabahi Devi Temple.

A delegation of the Nabahi Mandir Sangharsh Samiti, Sarkaghat, on Sunday submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh through the DC, Mandi, demanding a speedy inquiry into a “scam worth crores” at the Nabahi Devi Temple.

It was further stated in memorandum that although the CID was investigating the matter for the last one year, the investigation was going on at a snail’s pace. The Seva Sankalp Samiti has join hands with the Nabahi Mandir Bachao Sangharsh Samiti, Sarkaghat, and demanded speedy investigation into the scam.
