HP Govt takes over Parwanoo toll barrier

KALKA: The Himachal Government has taken over the charge of the toll plaza at the Kalka-Parwanoo barrier from Tuesday night.

The Himachal Government has taken over the charge of the toll plaza at the Kalka-Parwanoo barrier from Tuesday night. The official sources of the barrier confirmed that the state government has took over the contract from Sawan Express Highway Company, which took the contract for Rs 13.31 crore on April 1, 2014. The sources added that special police force was pressed on the barrier last night to cope up with any emergency. — OC
