Guv mourns death
Dehradun: Governor KK Paul has expressed grief over the untimely death of Poonam Singh Sobti, Finance Controller, at the Raj Bhavan Secretariat and an officer of the State Finance Service. He prayed for the peace of the departed soul and expressed condolences towards the bereaved family. OSD and Secretary to the Governor Arun Dhaundiyal and all officers and staff of Raj Bhavan have expressed grief at the passing away of Poonam Sobti. TNS
